CCP group events are either supportive sessions or workshops for professionals

INFO BOX Group Support

During the supportive group sessions, we will discuss Creative Compassion concepts and techniques. We will complete practical exercises to advance your practice and understanding. Please have crayons, pastels, paper, and a pencil ready to take notes

If you are an art therapist, art facilitator, creative arts counselor, FOAT® practitioner, or ExAF practitioner visiting a CCP workshop, we will address any professional questions you may have as well. We will use Expressive-Creative Arts in Focusing (ECAF) interventions to inspire you to incorporate Creative Compassion practices into your work

SAFETY POLICIES For Groups

In according the German data protection laws, we will be videoconferencing with the GDPR-complient software Alfaview. You don't need the Alfaview app to participate. You will receive your alfaview link shortly before your appointment

Unlike Zoom, Alphaview is used at German universities and meets all the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It also meets the requirements of the German Distance Learning Protection Act (FernUSG)

Due to FernUSG, FOCUSZART does not record its German-language training sessions

Due to GDPR, screenshots of participants or their artwork are not allowed. However, you may take screenshots of documents that FOCUSZART shares with you for your own personal use

Make sure you have a stable internet connection when participating

How to set up your computer and environment for an optimal experience:

  • Download the most recent version of the Alphaview-app
  • Join the meeting from a location with a reliable Internet connection. If possible, connect with a wired in computer rather than via Wi-Fi 
  • Using a good quality headset with microphone eliminates ambient noise and allows you to hear better
  • Arrange your environment to eliminate interruptions and ambient noise
  • Before logging on, close down and restart your computer without opening any apps except your browser

€ 25 for European participants and € 30 for US/Canadian participants (due to transfer fees) 

Ticket for group event consisting of 4 learning units (3 hours)

€ 45 for European participant and € 50 for US/Canadian participants (due to transfer fees)
